Arthur H Matthews - The Ignored and disbelieved Canadian Electrical Engineer whose dad was H Grindell Matthews, developer of beam acceleration studies who convinced Tesla to take on his son as student and lab assistant. Friends with Wilbur Smith (Project Magnet), Major Sanford and many other dignitaries, he is so ignored it is unbelievable! Why??? Because he spoke of UFO's and Venusians, Martians, etc.
