I don’t know about the quickest way to replace iron, however the following are good sources of iron: broccoli, dark green leafy vegetables, lima beans, kidney beans, lentils, pumpkin and squash seeds, ground thyme, blackstrap molasses, tofu, nuts such as almonds and cashews.
Meats are way higher in iron than most of the items listed above. But I personally am trying to eliminate all animal foods and rely on plant based items to get my iron as well as all the other necessary nutrients.
