Ora, Good luck on your extended fast. My only suggestion would be to omit the liver flush during your fast as its not healthy to do when in a weakened state. It can only makes things worse, especially if it is your first ever fasting experience. Nanay tried to do that and felt great at first. Last year, around this time, I had some pain in my liver area. I must have eaten some food that didn’t agree with me.
