No, it’s ok to refrigerate food. Cooling it doesn’t destroy the enzymes, only heating does. Me personally, I think that freezing destroys the enzymes too, but others will argue that point. But go into a raw restaurant - all the prepped food is refrigerated.   [End]

Yes...lol. I’m really aware of this! When I went to bed with the drops of oil on my hair, I was very aware of the smell. I actually do like it now, but it’s extremely strong and yes, it smells just like pizza. But the shampoo I used, even tho it has a drop or two of the oil in it, washes the smell out. Yes, it kills germs, plus gets rid of plaque and whitens your teeth. And the gum health thing is a huge plus! According to the book, the OOO also penetrates tooth enamel and so can stop abscesses and kill germs inside the teeth and in the gums. It’s a totally fascinating book. It says in the book to add a drop or two to your shampoo, so I did, and for a day or two I put a few drops of it on my scalp and massaged it in, went to sleep, and shampooed the next morning. After only about a week my dandruff was gone, and I’ve had it for years. I am using the diluted strength OOO, just to let you know. The one in safflower oil. I just got the book ”The Cure is in the Cupboard”, which is all about Oil of Oregano. It’s a fascinating book. One of the things mentioned is brushing your teeth with OOO. I never use toothpaste, just a toothbrush and sometimes some baking soda, so I thought I would give it a try for purely cosmetic reasons...it says in the book that brushing with one drop of OOO a couple of times a day can whiten your teeth, which I found interesting. Just three little words - move yo rass! Get a rebounder (mini-trampoline) or just turn up the music and dance around. That’s an excellent question, and I was wondering about this myself. My not so educated guess would be that if you kept cleansing, and maybe did OJ fasts, your skin would purge itself of the ink by pushing it to the surface. This is really intriguing to me - I hope MH weighs in with his opinion. I read testimonials on his site re: the OJ fast, where people were saying that moles and warts had literally fallen off, and someone said they lost their freckles, and someone said that a scar had disappeared. Thank you both! So many good recipes to try...hmm..where to start? I just did a foot soak using the kindey cleanse tea that I bought from Andreas last year. It felt really invigorating. My motto is nothing on the outside that you wouldn’t put on the inside, so the herbs in this blend felt right. The bottoms of the feet and the armpits and the tongue are three places where lots of toxins are released - that’s why they have lots of odors if they aren’t cleaned and or left to air. That’s a tough one...so hard to limit it to just one! This is a good question. Note - the following is my opinion only ;) Sugar. I find that sugar does absolutely horrible things to my gums and teeth. Not while I’m eating it - it’s how it affects me long term. Since I stopped eating sugar or anything made with sugar cane, I haven’t had a root canal or cavity (I had 12 root canals before that). It’s just plain nasty in every way.
