I think that I know what you are talking about. occasionally I wil l get one or two lumps on the roof of my mouth, small, but larger than pimples. more like smooth pebbles. and they can be sore. they come for a couple of days and then disappear just before I get ill. this has been for the past few years so I have learned to use them as immune indicators and I do all that I can to boost my immune system and rest when I get them so that now I can usually fend off illnesses before the symptoms hit too hard. I have been using wild carrot seeds successfully for birth control for almost two years. I discovered coconut oil about a year and half ago and I think it is a wonderful, beautiful food. I have not used it during the mc so I don’t know how it would be affected, oil is digested differently than lemonade. indeed, try molases, it has a very strong flavor but stevia will not give you the minerals or the calories that you need for daily function. Also, I am looking for a good alternative to oj to end the fast with, my body all but rejects the stuff while coating everything in heavy mucous. I use ’bija gentle senna’ tea at night because it doesn’t cause the discomfort that I felt when using ’smooth move’ tea which is a much stronger tea. I also found that the SWF was quite unpleasant the first two days but has become much more pleasant to the point that I don’t mind it at all now at day six. I find that olive oil is mildly irritating to my skin. It took me a while to notice because olive oil is regarded so highly. I always assumed that the itch was from some other element such as the water, detergents, soaps, etc... I read on the wallys ear candle website that it is rare that anything actually gets siphoned out of the ear canal. the purpose of ear candling is to soften compacted wax in the ear canal so that it will come out on its own for up to five days after. wax found inside the cone is usually from the ear candle itself and white powder means that there wasn’t a good seal between the cone and the ear.
