I can tell you from experience that the parasites do not like a plant based diet. However you can do it--vegan (they feed off the acid stuff like meat and dairy), raw plants (they hate raw plants and want to leave your body), and number one would be fruit, nuts berries. At LEAST stay alkaline while you cleanse, they cannot survive in the alkaline body. Personally I like to juice fast while parasite cleansing.   [End]

It seems like it’s different for everybody. I fast for a few days at a time and nothing happens weight wise. I just remind myself I’m doing it for health and not weight loss, though weight loss is nice.
