Hi MH, Thanks for your time. For the last few days I have been gearing up towards a young coconut water/juice fast. But I just read this on the fasting forum ’Fasting promotes formation of intrahepatic stones and gallstones. Flush your liver before and after every fast, to prevent formation of large stones.’ So would you advise a liver flush before a fast in my case. Hi there, I have been a vegan/vegatarian for most of my life. I have not eaten fish for about 20 years. Although from the UK, I live in a remote place in india in Andhra Pradesh now. Hi Wrenn, Thank you so much yes indeed it did help alot!!! Will this method of apple cider vinegar kill parasites too? I’m afraid this food grade Hydrogen peroxide is not available here, just the normal kind. Have you ever heard of people using salt? It’s been mentioned to me by a few people, but I can’t find anything about it on the web.....We get good organic himalayan salt here, would that be any use to kill the paraites?
