U welcome. U right about the brush the calc falls off almost right away, I took that calc and used as chips between my teeth and gums. I rinsed alot with the rinse in the beginning and still do, I do it like oil pulling. The carpules are reuseable and I like to put 2 of them in my mouth when going to bed. If them were singers at half time, I am the king of France. Disgusting to say the least. One would have to be drunk (in my opinion) to sit and watch the whole game with the non intertainment in the middle. Besides it is more commercials than game anyway.
