Hello everyone My local super market has dates, not too sure but im pretty sure they are dry and taste very sweet. The local health food shop also has figs/peruns and other dried fruits. These foods taste very sweet but pretty sure have no other added sugar. hello all after reading these forums for a while most seem to think cutting out or eating less of these food will decrease acne. cutting out sugar and bad oils definatly help. i’m also going to start cutting out starches, grains, carbs and high protein. the problem is i’m not entirly sure which foods come under these titles. i know the basics like potato is a starch but not all of them, can someone please outline which foods come under each.. much appriciated   [End]

Hey all So I have been reading around here for a while, great info. Bit of background info: im 20, started getting acne around 15. Not sever but persitent.
