I do not think the salt can hurt you. I’ve read that if you absorb all the water, it is because you are very dehydrated and your body needs the water....and you probably also need the minerals in the salt. The Pine Nut Oil (Siberian Cleanse) does look promising and after reading their site, there is a certain amount of turpentine in their product, but after reading documents on this protocol, I think that starting off with straight, pure turpentine is what most people are doing.   [End]

But even the other link (baar.com)that I posted is wrong because that one says *rectified* and it can’t be rectified according to what people say on the Yahoo Group. Jameskep37 -- Yes, you are exactly right -- a low fat. raw vegan diet is mentioned also...consuming NO oil and only getting small amounts of fat naturally occurring in small amounts of avocado etc.  Plus, I’m sure eliminating animal foods speeds things up also.  I’m going to do some salt-water flushes, since it’s the only thing that works quickly and doens’t involve drinking the awful psyllium....ugh....cannot stand that stuff! From what I’ve read also, scotch pine and balsam resin are both used to make tupentine -- actually I’m pretty sure all pine tree resins have the turpentine properties...I’m going to try to use the pure gum spirits of turpentine until the product YOU found is available. OKay, one more thing -- She mentions that the whole point of the 4 day preparation is to eliminate the terrible die-off effects. So, it would seem logical that this includes a drastic reducton in sugar and grains etc...which most of us already try to do. have read this can help my body benefit more...not sure though, because I know heat destroys enzymes, right?
