Well, I do have three-four good bms a day, and when I eat veggies that process within 12 hours or less(on occasion six hours). But meat in particular takes longer to process, I think. Here’s some proof of creationism without using the bible, per se. Consider. The oldest fossils of humans were found in East Africa in Ethiopia. They were the first man, woman, and child which was just discovered there last week. ( http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/c/a/2006/09/21/MNGDFL9LOU1.DTL ) These fossils are millions of years old. Now, the Garden of Eden is said to have been in East Africa/Egypt location, as well. By far, the cheapest, easiest, and best way to get your P&B shakes is to buy them from the health food store. I don’t think you can buy them already combined anyway, unless it is in a capsule form. If your bowels aren’t moving well when you are off of the product, maybe you should increase your fiber intake when you are off of the product. iow, take a tablespoon of psyllium husk by itself once(or maybe even twice) a day.
