If anyones interested:
I know MH says eating herbs is the most natural/best way, so Iíve found these ideas work for me:
2 cups peppermint
1/4 cup of each: marshmallow root, red clover petals, chamomile, parsley, lavender then: beet powder for a pretty color, then stevia for sweetness.
Itís kinda exotic, but really nice itís like eating sweet flavored potpourri.
you could probably even add raw cacao powder.
Also some herbs, like roots are hard to chew, so I make a mix of all those, and eat them together like dandelion,comfrey,burdock, I chew just a tablespoon ful ...
