Ok. I live mostly on fruit, and if I have juice I mix it with bsm. Typically I’ll fast at least until lunchtime. If I’m hungry then, I’ll have some steamed carrots with olive oil to avoid a sugar crash at that time. My evening meal is a lot of fruit, some coconut oil taken by the spoonful, some more steamed carrots if I’m hungry. I cannot eat fruit during the day otherwise I’ll suffer a sugar spike.
Now, I have not yet removed my fillings, and actually I have the idea of trying to regrow my teeth through mineral supplementation, BUT, I cannot stand wheatgrass or kelp. Perhaps this could ...
