Somewhat reminiscent of the Pentagon/media releasing (a few years after the fact) what the attached report characterized as ” conclusive evidence the Pentagon was struck by a commercial jet airplane on 9-1-1 ”; a blurred image (of some sort of fireball ) that appeared to be approaching the outer ring. ”conclusive” then seems to be anologous to ”high confidence” today.
