Hello, im relatively new to cleanses, but ill provide you with as much info as i know. First, start eaithing healthy. No more refine sugars ( no cookies, pies, soda, etc), no more dairy products ( cheese, milk, etc.) no more processed foods ( chips, pretzels). Try not to eat red meat, but rather chicken or turkey. Try using sea salt instead of regular salt. Try eating more steamed veggies and fresh fruits. No more mayo, peanut butter (they contain hydrogenated oils; spelling is wrong).
