That sounds like a lot of food! I could barely eat 3-4 bananas a day but I choose not too. I prefer the more seasonal local fruits such as peaches, blueberries, figs, and grapes. Personally I could live easily on 1/2 - 1 pineapple a day. I used to eat them raw with a lot of chewing. More recently I fry them. Also in my experience I found that the sprouts were very bitter and anti-parasite. Recently I slightly fry them and that is my favorite. Sweet potatoes are big in my area and I try to do what Dr. Christopher suggested and eat food grown in my area when I can (I’d rather have scuppernog grapes than sweet taters any day!). Its also very filling when you eat it raw. Usually one sweet potato will do me good for a long time but its certainly a chore in chewing the taters up.   [End]

Both you and Dr. Sutter have pretty amazing stories. I couldn’t imagine working in a lead factory so long. Then Dr. Sutter was a medic in Vietnam and almost died of liver cancer because he was poisoned with isopropyl alcohol and tropical parasites. I really like his CDs where you hear him tell his story and describe his health program which is very similar to yours with the theory of cleansing and nourishing the body. I heard real olive oil is actually green and that most olive oil in the states has been dilluted with canola oil. At my local grocery store salad bar there is a bottle of oil which says olive oil with canola oil on the label and it looks yellow just like all the other ’olive oils’ I see at the store.   [End]

I definitely agree with the sprays. I just got a bottle of spray 3 and I want to see if it helps out my hip pain. It has given me the peach fuzz so I’m trying to get my hair to grow too. I think the key with exercise is not to overdo. I used to exercise really intensely and it gave me odd shaped large muscles. I think bodyweight exercises are great and much more invigorating. www.chinesehealthandfitness.com has some good bodyweight exercises on the DVD he sells. But he advocates enzymes which in my experience are very hard on the stomach. The exercises in his DVD are great though. Don’t forget that Dr. Sutter’s books talks about chemicals and how these are basically toxic.
