I’ve read that you shouldn’t just start taking one supplement for fear of unbalancing your system. I take several supplements (multi-vitamin, calcium/mineral, antioxident, omega 3, probiotic, msm, vitamin C, then digestive enzymes with meals), how will I know if I am out of balance? If I am checking my ph levels with urine strips and the levels are consistent am I ok? Is there any way to check your mineral levels without going to the Dr. for a test? Can I get a test online, or at the Vitamin Shoppe? [End]
