I know that you are correct in that we both have weak realtionship styles. I try to be as understanding as I possibly can be. I’m not speaking against MH here, but raw egg yolk cannot clog your arteries unless it is cooked. Most of the studies are done on cooked egg yolk, not raw. They are getting better since all I cut out bread, cooked meat and grains and dehydrating chemicals, as in caffeine. Actually, low carb is terrible for pms. I have great experience in this. In April 04 I started eating how humans are meant to eat, mainly raw fruit and nuts, and I can’t even tell when my period is going to start. I used to be just like you.
