Hi, I bought ceremonial white sage from mountainrose.com and do not recommend it for any use but inscense and environmental purification, it is too strong for me to use as tea or rinse. For the hair rinse tea I bought regular sage at whole foods or a spice shop and added it to the tea before straining.
