Bacteria will not show up in X Rays. Do every healthy topical and oral oxidant treatment you can for the extraction site. Essential Oils(tea tree, oregano ect , mega dose Vit C (lyposomal C is best), Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , CSilver, H2O2, cayenne tincture, ect ect ect Whatever you have or can get, so that for sure no bacteria grows there.
