Astrologically Challenged

I am a Capricorn. My understanding is that caps are late bloomers, but I am also 60 years old and I haven't bloomed yet...although I seem to be budding, as (this might should like wishful thinking) I seem to be gettng younger rather than older as the days pass....

My rising sign is also Capricorn, so maybe this is the cause of the extra delay.

However, my moon is in Pisces and since I have heard women are often more influcened by their moon sign then their earth sign, and these signs appear to be polar opposites, I seemed to be a bit of a confused mess.
