Neem leaves as substitute in parasite cleanse??

Hi!

I am in India and not able to find the Black Walnut Hulls or the Wormwood. (Cloves I can find plenty!) I want to do the parasite cleanse, as I had malaria this past November and I know the pesties stay in the liver for...ever. Also want to get rid of any other parasites there may be in there.

I was wondering if there is something I can substitute for Black Wallnut and Wormwood? Like maybe Neem? We've got lots of Neem here. Bark and leaves. The villagers use Neem as an anti malaria, as a sipping tea and also to make a smoke with the leaves, supposedly kills the bad malaria giving mosquitos. It is bitter as hell to drink and for that reason I was thinking it might be a good substitue for the B.W. Hulls and Wormwood. Please advise.

OR....

Maybe you can give me the Indian name for Black Walnut Hulls and Wormwood. Nobody here knows WHAT the heck those things are. Today an herbalist asked me, why do you want wormy wood? I didn't even know if it is the bark I want or the leaves or what?

Thanks so much!
