If your using the pure organo oil, that is a large dose for a beginner, if the super strength then that is a good starter dose.

No, oregano oil does bnot constipate, just the opposite, it MOVES and will burn your butt on the way out in a good dose.

It is the lower bowel balance you need, it is the only cure for the lazy over fed bowels. The true cure then is raw foods only and then you don;t need the herbs for bowel movements. Avoid Apsom Salts for this unless an emergency.
