Question for the Experts

I am STUMPED as in Mystified.

I was shocked when Vairagi reported that his Silver Edge is a constant voltage generator at 18 Volts. Then he reported the current after 3 hrs had climbed to 7 milliamps. It is shut off by a manual 117VAC timer. Then I was equally amazed when I discovered this video testimonial showing what is inside the Silver Edge:

I am stumped by why this generator can make such perfect ionic silver in spite of a constant 18 Volt supply. See the Silver Edge microscope photos:

Also the silver edge laser beam test seems to confirm the photos:
This laser beam appears to be far too dim for this to be a bad quality ionic silver.

Compare above to this laser beam through Silver Mud made with a constant 12 Volt Supply:

Or compared to this Silver Mud made with this constant 48 Volt supply:

The only thing that makes sense is that the bubbler sitting between the electrodes REALLY stirs the water vigorously. This must be why the ionic silver produced by this generator is so perfect.

So the take-away seems that stirring the water VIGOROUSLY is vital to making good ionic silver and even more important than current limited to 1 milliamp.

PROPERLY stirring the liquid is therefore far more important that I thought.

What are your thoughts? Any ideas?
