grizz - I hear ya. After spending time speaking with the Silver lungs SilverGen and Silvertron owners - I'm oddly getting the consensus that the quality of ionic silver doesn't vary all that much (at least among the better units).
Also the ones that get involved reducing the ionic to colloidal are actually reducing to a mild protein Colloidal Silver . And this substantially inferior to commercial nano Colloidal Silver . Not only not so effective but also can breed mold and bacteria.
Probably the best strategy is getting a decent ionic silver generator and a gallon of commercial nano true Colloidal Silver for internal use with the money you save from more expensive ionic silver generators. This covers both bases very well.
