Yes it's hard to penetrate this wacky science. But I've read from the majority of sources that ionic silver doesn't consist of particles but is more like electrolysis. Anywere from 1%-15% of the batch is actual colloidal silver also generated in the process.

Then again some say it's not really colloidal silver but agglomerated ionic silver - that's almost completely ineffective once it enters the body.

When people say PPM they're referring to parts per million not particles per million. Parts of what?
