Hello everyone & an update...

It's been a while. I usually work too much (60+ hrs a week) to have time to get on the old pc but I broke my foot & the company won't let me come back until I get a full release, from an idiot md. Oh well, I needed a break (not the foot though :)) anyways!

For all of you that have offered prayers & support, I want to update you on my grandsons condition...

He is home, he's been home now for 4 weeks - the leukemia is still gone. He's goes to the clinic twice a week for blood work to make sure it doesn't sneak back up on him. I will spare you all the torturous story of the last month he was in the hospital, I will just say they almost succeeded in killing him. They did one thing during that time that I feel saved his life - they cut out all food & drink for 2 weeks. He had an infection (antibiotic resistant)in his intestines that was killing him. He had the most god awful sludge exit his little body during that fast. When all that left his body, it started a rapid regeneration. That fast saved his life, in my opinion. He is suppose to come to stay w/ me for a few days tomorrow & I have stocked up on pomegranites, garlic, oregano oil & various other herbal aides thanks to MH & Brenda. That last infection he got affected his heart & he had more tests today, we will hear the results of tomorrow. I firmly believe that if I could figure out a way to get "Spice of Life" in him that his heart would heal itself. I need to order some more tonight but I still have to figure out how to get it down him. I would give him cayenne capsules but he's just still too little to swallow it. The mds are speculating he has a leaky valve in his heart but we will know the damage for sure tomorrow. The chemo also affected his legs, he stumbles alot & he appears to smack his feet on the floor while walking, from my oberservations. He doesn't let it get him too down most days, he just says "that old chemo messed up my legs" & hobbles along. The mds say it's some kind of nerve damage, common among their chemo victims. I'm just thankful he's finally out of the hospital & I pray he never has to go back. At first I stayed pretty fearful but that outlook was bad for me & my family, him included so now I try my best to stay positive & every chance I get to keep him, I load his little body up w/ MHs herbs, lots of fruit & many other things I've learned from all my friends here & Dr. Mom. I can't complain - my daughter had her 3rd baby 6/5, a boy, so far a healthy baby & my grandaughter is doing great. My sons heart appears strong & healthy now, he continues taking spice of life, & loves it.

I've really missed you all & having the time to read thru what everyones doing these days. I hope you all are doing GREAT & life is good for each one of you! There are many people here that I consider my friends & you helped me thru the toughest experience I've ever endured. Thanks to you all!!!!

Much love,

Kimber

ps. MH - please update Brenda on the little ones progress, you two have been such a blessing to me & my family! Thank you!!!!!
