Best way to bring an "under the skin" cyst/pimple to a head naturally?

Ive had a non inflammed pimple or small cyst under the skin that only hurts when pressed on, how can I bring it to a head naturally so that it doesnt scar. Its been there for a few weeks and it looks bumpy and mildly red. Tweet
