Yes, you have to dig in his books a little deeper to find it. It uses chamomile. I made the hair formula with all the herbs, but for the blonde formula I allowed the chamomile to be the dominate herb and sure enough after a year of settling it turned blonde colored.

It really takes 1+ years to make a decent herbal formula, but it is hard to make a popular formula this way. The heart drop formula takes 3 years to turn red, it stays green for the first year.

The best formula must be 12 years old and Only the Bottom of the Barrel formula fits that. Commerical formulas are made the same day in most cases. 12 year old formulas should command HUGE PRICES.
