Moles bleeding and peeling off...?

What does it mean when moles start to bleed and peel away from the skin? I havent been doing any serious cleansing with herbs or anything, havent started flushing etc. So I am not sure this is a good sign or a bad sign and I definately do not want to see a doctor about it because of course they want to cut everything out.
Anyone??
