creatine harmful in combination with antipsychotic?

i was wondering if taking creatine can be harmful if one is also taking abilify.

i have been wondering, because apparently abilify alone can increase blood creatine phosphokinase to a harmful level. creatine phosphokinase has been linked to neuroleptic malignant syndrome

i know creatine and creatinine are different things, but since creatinine is a waste product of creatine, i was thinking there might be something correlated here with regards to potential harmful side effects. i read somewhere abilify alone can increase creatinine readings quite dramatically. just theorizing here, but potentially maintenance dose of 5g of creatine in combination with abilify might be just enough to say goodbye to your kidneys.

or am i cross-linking things which shouldnt be linked?

theres hardly any info about this on the internet. the combination of these 2 products that is.
