Now that uve been fairly succesfull with the UT u might want to study what builds and fuels our cells and the cellular systems.
The super foods are a good choice ( I like marine plankton and raw milk). Chlorophyll (fresh is best) is a basic unit of many of these concoctions. Our mineral needs should also be investigated. Healthy fat is very basic to long term health cause the cellular membrane, which acts as each cells brain, has a high percentage of fat and the continual rebuilding of the membrane with unhealthy fat (transformed and gmo) retards and destroys its abilities, not evan to mention the needs of our actual brain and nervous system for oils and fats.
Do keep in mind that tho uve done the UT for 4 month your ailments probably took a lot longer to develope so keep at some healthy regimin for as long as a time and only positives should be the result.
I think u are safe doing UT for any length of time and as much as u want, as long as u are aware of what your diet is adding to the mix. Id pursue the added nutrician with UT only as long as it is not contrindicated by the advise of, no greens, no grains, no dairy. But I think that if u followed any of these other healthy food choices for a time as a seperate regimin to resupply your system with nutrician u would only increase your health and knowledge porportionlly.
