Re: oat bran and wheat grass

Not to belabor the topic however, to consider to what ability our intestinal flora can breakdown celulose is important since it is not something we find readily seen in human digestion as opposed to termites say ( yes I know that its the intstinal flora in the termites that digest celulose), sure certain creatures living in our gut can try but that certainly not their primary choice and if we find intestinal gas a result then we know the status of our system. HOwever most are taking it to deal with a elimination and the symptoamtic fix has side affects that contribute to more syndromic acttivity vs regaining normal processes.

Furthermore I wasnt implying their dependance causing ability to the way of the dependance causing items you mentioned I was refering to the fact that flora is why we eliminate well with out worry of diet rather then the commonly thought fiber topic.

You crack me up H, I hope your concern is as real as your intensity.
I was interested in the difference between the basic petroleum molecule and the molecules of the super lubricants developed for the Alaska pipeline, one is like a beachball, the other like a golfball, similar, tho not quite the same except in their abilty to be effectivly utillized, when we compare the simple oses molcules with the larger carb molecule groupings.
