I know youve been doing the kombucha and was surprized to read you had trouble w rejuvilac. I rigged an aquarium heater and a cooler to keep the temp right at 80 or so. Using the just barely sprouted wheat, ground up, makes a rejuvilac that as the days progress goes from lemonade to tangy incredableness.
