Re: UT and Nitrogen Question

Joe go back and read the texts on Ut and human physiology if you want stronger feedback or evidence.

Urine is never a primary way but only as a redundant aspect for the bodies ridding itself of serious toxic items.

It is the bodies chemistry at one given moment, uneeded items determined by the kidneys, which we find in urine and originally were found in the blood after processing by the liver ect.

The factor causing so many delima is that our liver in processing a particularly toxic or unnatural diet and or a particularly toxified system isnt able to deal adequetly with the overload.

The advise to refrain from animal flesh, greens, grains or dairy has been a debate.

Nitrogen metabolized products are created by the liver and if taken as UT are again rebroken down into constituant parts by digestion and by the liver, used to build other proteins, ect and if some of those aminos are still around the liver again creates urea and the kidneys determine whether we need it now or not. Its not toxic as urine or in the drinking since the digestion reprocesses it. Remember the urea and uric acid discussion we had last year tho it is a slight toxin you want to be considerate of overloading the system with it.

Like LW says its just so much easier to fast or eat easily digested items like fruit which also dont compete with any type of toxic load already present. ( tho it does empower detox).
