This was supposed to be a preliminary fast anyway...just to get an idea of what it may be like when/if I do the motherload (30+ days)...
Funny thing is- if feel so much worse after eating. I have been eating a small amount of fresh Watermelon every three hours and I feel absolutely horrendous.
I am exponentially more weak than I was while fasting, I've been nauseated, I've been light-headed, dizzy, and have a headache. None of these things to this degree while fasting. I'm wondering if something is wrong.
Since this was a 5 day fast (quite short) I'm wondering when I could start eating regular foods again (salad, maybe a little brown rice, etc)..
