work

How do you re-motivate yourself in a career that you're no longer truly interested in? I work in a nice environment, with good people. The job is not bad, and there's even somewhat of a cause as I work at a hospital that helps people physically rehabilitate (from injuries, operations, stroke...). I help by fixing their computer. It's not too bad a job to have. I've been doing it for 10 years. I'm going to school and looking ahead at a future with a different career. But I would like to do well for the good people who have hired me right now, and I have another year and a half here. It makes sense to do well. Motivation is hard, I'm very very prone to distraction (such as now) and it seems difficult to get the motivation to focus and be more productive. How the heck does one do that?
